Current Daily Makeup Routine

I like to keep my daily makeup routine done in less than 10 minutes and I thought it’d be fun to share this with you! My current routine is absolutely no-fuss and there’s hardly a need for any brush.

YSL Fusion Ink Foundation - This is my new favourite base! I was planning to get the Touche Eclat but this came around and the Touche Eclat might have to wait because this is just perfect for my needs in terms of coverage, feel, and finish. This liquid foundation is runny and glides on the skin smoothly, then dries to a satiny velvety finish. Coverage is sheer but there’s enough pigmentation to hide redness and blemishes. I’ll be reviewing this foundation in detail so look out for it next week!

MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly + L'Oreal Colour Riche L’Ombre Pure in Nude - This is an easy combo and is great for pairing with a bright lip colour (like the one below). It gives a polished look with just a hint of definition.

MAC No Faux Pas Lipstick - I’ve been liking strong pinks at the moment and this yellow based matte hot pink is a great match for my skin tone. Depending on the mood, I’d wear this as a stain or full on.

Dermalogica Redness Relief Primer - If there’s any redness on my face, I’d dab a bit of this green tinged primer to help even it out. It doesn’t completely correct the redness but it helps calm it down.

Brow Zings for my brows, and for cheeks, I dab on either Spring Sensation or Go Guava from the MAC Lip/Cheek Palette. I’ve been really lazy with mascara lately so I just curl and then I’m out the door.
